The Department of Philosophy under the School of Social Sciences intends to develop the study of philosophy as a basis of intellectual enquiry.  This course offers to develop the best practices of teaching and research in diverse fields of philosophical thinking, both Oriental and Occidental.  Supported by a huge electronic database containing e-texts and critical essays as well as a well-equipped library, it will help develop a perfect scholarly ambience.
