The Department of English offers a comprehensive study of the entire range of English literature from the Old English to the Postmodern. It will also offer various optional specializations to develop awareness and skill in emerging transnational literary forms and theoretical discourses. Supported by a huge electronic database containing e-texts and critical essays as well as a well-equipped library, it will help develop a perfect scholarly ambience.
